Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a proactive Supervisor to join the store management team in Ireland. You will help drive sales through outstanding customer service and maintain operational standards.

The role involves supporting the Store Manager in their absence and contributing to a fun and engaging OB environment. Flexibility is key with a fixed number of hours per week across varying shifts, and discussions about flexible working arrangements are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail at supervisor or key holder level.
• Able to lead the team and deliver strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead by example.
• Conduct daily briefings and support the team in the manager's absence.
• Ensure cash handling guidelines are followed and till processes are accurate.
• Maintain store standards and merchandising in line with company guidelines.
