Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc in Ireland is seeking a Shift Lead to manage the fill operation, ensuring the store is ready to trade and coordinating resources for service, sales and filling tasks.

You will coach colleagues on best practices, drive productivity for store readiness, and support opening/closing duties including cash handling and safety checks. This is a full-time role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Good level of digital capability and ability to access and use relevant systems.
• Current working knowledge of VM (Visual Merchandising) principles.
• A good communicator with the ability to build relationships and work within a team.
• Ability to interpret data relevant to the role.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation and coordinate resources to Serve, Sell and Fill.
• Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity.
• Manage opening/closing tasks and be a key holder as required.
• Ensure a clean, safe and well-presented store at all times.
• Support nearby stores if required and uphold customer service standards.
