BMS Performance Ireland in Cork is seeking a Service Manager to build and grow the company’s service division. You will lead a team of engineers, technicians and apprentices, developing structured maintenance programmes and recurring revenue streams.

Reporting to senior management, you will work with sales to identify commercial opportunities, implement KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across service operations while managing budgets and recruitment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service or maintenance teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, process industries is a plus.
• Ability to develop maintenance strategies and service agreements.
• Commercial awareness and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the service department.
• Manage a team of service engineers, technicians and apprentices.
• Grow preventive maintenance and service contracts.
• Develop service agreements and SLAs with customers.
• Identify opportunities for recurring service revenue.
• Collaborate with sales to create viable commercial opportunities.
• Implement service procedures, KPIs and best practices.
• Oversee resource planning and service scheduling.
• Support key customer relationships in pharma and industrial sectors.
• Drive continuous improvement across service operations.
• Manage departmental budgets and performance.
• Support recruitment and development of future service staff.
