Job summary

BCD Engineering is seeking a Site Services Manager in Ireland to oversee the operational, commercial, and day-to-day performance of the Service, Site Projects and Passivation teams. You will balance commercial targets with hands-on leadership, ensuring safe, efficient project delivery across Ireland.

You will coordinate customer relationships, prepare quotations, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery while working with customers, subcontractors, and site personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in engineering, site services, maintenance, construction or project delivery.
• Experience managing site-based teams, subcontractors and multiple projects.
• Strong operational background with practical project coordination and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, estimates, and service proposals.
• Develop and grow customer relationships to expand Site Services business.
• Monitor costs, labour utilisation and department performance for profitability.
• Coordinate labour, equipment, subcontractors and materials to deliver safe, efficient projects.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and site requirements.
