You will manage service bookings, coordinate with technicians, and ensure customers are kept informed throughout the service process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a busy aftersales

Job description

Mullingar Autos is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

We’re a family-owned business with over 50 years in the motor industry, representing Volkswagen, Škoda and BYD. We operate a busy aftersales facility in Mullingar Town, with a vehicle service department, bodyshop and CVRT light testing.

As a key point of contact for our aftersales customers, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly and efficient experience — from booking their vehicle in for service or repair to keeping them informed throughout the process.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

The Role

Your main responsibilities will include:
