Job summary

Autotech Recruit Ltd is recruiting for a Service Advisor in Dublin, supporting a flagship automotive operation. You’ll bridge customers and workshop for service, maintenance and repair from enquiry to handover.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a dealership, strong customer service, and ability to upsell. Benefits include up to €45,000 DOE plus an attractive bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience within a Service Advisor, Sales Advisor or Aftersales role in a dealership environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience upselling, cross-selling or recommending relevant products and services.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience using dealer management systems or online fleet systems.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Translating customer concerns into accurate workshop job cards
• Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated on repair progress

• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• Working collaboratively with the wider aftersales and workshop teams

Service Advisor

Location: Dublin
Hours: Monday to Friday (8-4, or 9-5)
Up to €45,000 DOE + Bonus & Excellent Benefits
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a major automotive and mobility organisation undergoing an exciting period of growth and transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or customer-focused automotive professional to join a flagship operation and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As a Service Advisor, youll be the vital link between customers and the workshop, ensuring service, maintenance, and repair requirements are managed efficiently from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
