Qualifications

• Previous experience with Wedding planning and delivery.
• Outstanding attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with departments (banqueting, catering, AV, housekeeping).
• Managing client expectations for Weddings.
• Providing excellent service to clients.
• Handling last-minute changes calmly and efficiently.
• Coordinating across vendors, hotel teams, and clients.
• Creating proposals based on client requests and expectations.
• Managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Tracking budgets, contracts, deadlines.
• Upselling hotel services (catering, room blocks, AV).
• Negotiating with vendors and clients.
• Producing cost estimates.
• Managing invoices and event P&Ls.
• Ensuring profitability of events.
