Cabra Castle is seeking a Wedding & Events Co-ordinator to join our professional team on a full-time basis. This role focuses on selling Cabra Castle as a premier wedding and event venue and delivering exceptional service from enquiry to day-of coordination.

Responsibilities include taking deposits, communicating terms, ensuring accurate details across departments, and using planning software from inquiry through the planning process.

Qualifications

• Well presented and professional attitude required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outstanding organisational abilities and logical thinking.
• Ability to prioritise tasks under timeline pressures.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Permission to reside and work in Ireland.

Responsabilités

• First point of contact with couples/event organisers to sell Cabra Castle as a wedding venue.
• Taking deposits and familiarity with terms and conditions.
• Ensure follow up with wedding/event organisers is prompt and provides required/accurate information re queries raised.
• Ensure all wedding/event details are accurately recorded and communicated with relevant departments.
• Use of designated IT software from initial function inquiry, throughout the planning process.
• To ensure that all aspects of plans and expectations for the wedding/event are clear, with professional handover for operational purposes on the day.
