Job summary

The K Club is a premier luxury resort in Ireland seeking an experienced Weddings & Events Coordinator. You’ll manage enquiries, conduct viewings, and guide couples from first contact to their celebration day, coordinating contracts, deposits, and payments.

You’ll organise tasteings and luxury experiences, ensuring every detail of the couple’s stay aligns with brand standards. You will collaborate with culinary and service teams to deliver unforgettable weddings, maintain meticulous records, and

Qualifications

• Experience in weddings, events, or luxury hospitality (4/5-star preferred).
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
• Attention to detail, along with time management and organisation.
• Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Opera an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Managing wedding and event enquiries, creating tailored proposals, and guiding couples through planning from initial contact to celebration day.
• Conducting wedding viewings and showcasing facilities and offerings to prospective couples.
• Preparing and managing contracts, deposits, and payment schedules for seamless bookings.
• Organising menu tastings with couples and culinary teams for memorable dining experiences.
• Coordinating every detail of the couples' stay for a personalised resort experience.
• Creating wedding function sheets and coordinating requirements with departments and suppliers.
• Managing invoicing and financial administration with accuracy.
