Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Ireland seeks an experienced Account Manager to own relationships with major Utilities customers. You will drive account strategies, coordinate across business units, and lead negotiations to grow service revenue while connecting teams across geographies.

The role requires a proven background in Utilities sales, strong stakeholder management, and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related STEM field. This is a remote-friendly position based in Ireland with some travel.

Qualifications

Experience managing large customer relationships in Ireland's Utilities market.

Responsibilities

Identify key business drivers for Hitachi Energy's customers and interpret implications.
Lead creation of account strategies based on customer plans.
Formulate and execute account plan with coverage, opportunities, and targets.
Manage Utilities relationships and understand market channels to grow relationships.
Develop detailed knowledge of customer business strategy, buying behavior, and economic trends.
Create a clear pipeline of opportunities and forecast management.
Achieve service sales volume by selling the full service portfolio.
Participate in negotiations of major contracts to secure volumes.
