Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Sales experience in grid automation, technology, industrial, or B2B sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as required to meet with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities including market segmentation and lead generation.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure successful delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations and contracts.
• Monitor market trends and feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development and technical support teams.
• Forecast sales, analyze data and report performance to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
