Job summary

Force Recruitment and Outsourcing seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Irish commercial operation of a leading international technology business. The role combines strategic sales leadership with the delivery of revenue targets and the development of high-value customer relationships.

You will drive the Ireland sales strategy, forecasted pipeline and cross-functional collaboration to win major opportunities in regulated manufacturing markets, including pharma, biotech and electronics.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of B2B technical sales experience.
• Proven sales management or commercial leadership experience.
• Experience selling into regulated/high-technology manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall sales strategy and commercial plan for Ireland.
• Deliver revenue, margin and growth targets.
• Develop territory and account plans and identify new markets and opportunities.
• Maintain a strong, forecasted sales pipeline and monitor market trends.
• Lead major opportunities, tenders and negotiations.
• Coach and develop the Irish sales team and set clear targets.
