Job summary

The BD Desk in Galway City is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for motor sales. You will sell new and used vehicles, manage the full sales process, and present finance options to customers. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach and a track record in meeting targets.

The position offers a €35,000–€43,000 basic salary, DOE, plus strong commission with an OTE of €65,000–€80,000+. Join a supportive, family-run dealership committed to growth and superb customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a sales role (motor trade experience preferred).
• Proven track record of hitting and beating targets.
• Confident negotiation and closing skills.
• Professional, motivated and target-driven approach.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles against monthly and annual targets.
• Manage the full sales process, from first enquiry to handover.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features, performance and finance options.
• Build long-term customer relationships that bring repeat business and referrals.
• Keep up to date on models, pricing, campaigns and competitor offers.
• Report on performance and activity to the Sales Manager.

The BD Desk is recruiting an experienced Sales Executive for a well-established, family-run main dealership in Galway City. They represent some of the world's leading car brands, have a strong reputation for customer service, and are growing.

What you'll do
