Job summary

RECRUITERS in Ireland is seeking a field-based sales professional to win new business and build lasting customer relationships across the North Ireland region. The role offers a base salary plus commission with an OTE of €57,000 in year one, plus a company car and full benefits.

You will proactively identify opportunities, engage high-potential end-users, and manage a robust pipeline from first contact to closing deals.

Qualifications

• Driven hunter mindset focused on winning new business.
• Confident, personable and able to build relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong commercial awareness of sales cycle.
• Excellent organization and pipeline management.
• Experience with CRM tools, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 2-3 years' experience in a sales or business development role.
• Proven direct sales experience.
• Experience working with dealer or channel partners.

Salary: €45,000 + 12,000 commission = OTE €57,000 take home year one
