Job summary

RECRUITERS is looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a premium automotive retailer in Ireland. You will manage the full sales journey from prospecting to handover and ongoing relationship management, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role offers a base salary of €30,000 with a commission of €40,000–€50,000, creating a strong total earnings potential in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Full Irish driving license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in automotive sales in premium/high-end environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness to identify opportunities.
• Immaculate presentation and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to learn vehicle features and finance options.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full vehicle sales process, from initial enquiry through to negotiation, completion and handover.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding individual needs and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Proactively follow up with existing and prospective customers to generate new sales opportunities.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and provide expert advice on vehicle features, specifications and finance options.
• Complete accurate vehicle appraisals and manage part-exchange opportunities.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation, documentation and handover to ensure a smooth and professional customer journey.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity and customer information while working towards agreed sales and profitability targets.

What does my day to day look like?

• Manage the full vehicle sales process, from initial enquiry through to negotiation, completion and handover.
