Job summary

EIS Group in Ireland seeks a remote SaaS Operations Director who owns contracted SaaS delivery, serves as the main escalation point, and coordinates across teams to meet client entitlements. Lead onboarding, incident and change management, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and SI partners to ensure SLA compliance and revenue via expanded services.

This role requires 7+ years in SaaS production support or delivery leadership, and fluent French, with a proven ability to guide

Qualifications

7+ years in SaaS production support and/or software implementation with leadership responsibility
Understanding of SaaS, Cloud, and distributed delivery architecture
Fluent in French (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

Own contracted SaaS delivery and act as primary escalation point for client issues
Onboard clients, manage incident and change processes, and ensure services stay within entitlement
Coordinate with Product, Engineering and SI partners to meet SLAs and drive service expansion to clients
Build strong client relationships and provide governance reporting on production services
Advise on improvements to delivery processes to enhance reliability and cost efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of SaaS services
Support revenue growth through scope expansions and quarterly business reviews with clients
