Qualifications

Currently in a Sales Leader role with a proven track record mentoring and scaling AE/AM/BDR teams.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Experience leading organizational or technological change.
Passion for the intersection of Sales and AI and how to operationalize it.
Consistent over-achievement of quotas in enterprise software sales.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic shift of the sales development organization.
Drive adoption and mastery of Agentic AI tools within the team.
Recruit, onboard, and coach a diverse team for future AE promotions.
Design and execute sales strategies tailored to the French territory.
Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing and Operations to optimize campaigns and report impact.
