Job summary

EIS Group is seeking a French-speaking SaaS Operations Director to lead the delivery of contracted SaaS services for a portfolio of clients. You will coordinate across EIS teams to ensure entitlement compliance and profitable expansion of services, while acting as the client’s primary escalation and governance point.

Based remotely in Ireland, you will manage onboarding, incident and change processes, and collaborate with product, support, and SI partners to meet SLAs and drive strategic client

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SaaS production support or software implementation with clients in a leadership position.
• Understanding of SaaS, Cloud and distributed delivery architecture.
• Fluent in French (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact to clients for all SaaS services questions, concerns, requests and issues.
• Ensure contracted entitlements are met and charge appropriately for services outside entitlement.
• Coordinate delivery of services across EIS departments to fulfill contracted services.
• Onboard clients and establish production processes including incident/problem/change management.
• Governance, reporting on production incidents, progress, risks/issues to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product development, Customer Application Support, SaaS ops, and SIs to meet SLAs.
