Job summary

CoderPad in Ireland is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead a strategic EMEA portfolio in a fully remote role. You will own renewals, expansions, and executive relationships, with a special focus on French-speaking customers.

You will run QBRs in English and French, monitor usage data, and partner with Sales to drive retention and upsell. The role reports to the VP of Customer Success and requires 5+ years in SaaS or a technical hiring platform, plus strong communication in English

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting in SaaS or a technical hiring platform.
• Bilingual English/French at executive level, able to run QBRs and negotiate renewals in French.
• Proven experience managing executive relationships with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong commercial acumen across renewals, upsells, expansion strategy, and contract negotiation.
• Comfort analyzing usage and business data to turn it into action.
• Daily use of AI tools in current workflow and ability to discuss具体 applications.

Responsibilities

• Owning a portfolio of strategic EMEA accounts, responsible for retention, expansion, and account health.
• Building and executing account plans tied to customers' business goals.
• Running QBRs in English and French to reinforce value and deepen relationships.
• Monitoring account health through usage data and signals to pre-empt churn.
• Owning renewal conversations end to end in partnership with Sales.
• Identifying and driving expansion opportunities alongside Sales.
• Generating referenceable customer wins: case studies, testimonials, referrals.
• Representing the voice of the customer to shape product and CS decisions.
• Using AI tools daily to improve efficiency from QBR prep to research.
