Job summary

GCS is seeking a Technical Engineering/Delivery Manager in Dublin to lead the delivery of a complex enterprise SaaS platform. You will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, drive release management, and ensure high-quality software reaches customers reliably.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA and customer-facing teams, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and support successful deployments in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience delivering enterprise software products.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with Java/Spring-based environments and REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate releases across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.
• Drive delivery plans, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.
• Lead release readiness, bug triage, and stakeholder communication.
• Participate in major incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and customer-facing teams.
• Support successful customer deployments and operational excellence initiatives.
