AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support Kingspan across EMEA & UK&I, with a hybrid Dublin onsite expectation of 3 days per week. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, build strong pipelines, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires robust sourcing, relationship-building, and strong English communication. You will influence recruitment processes, deliver accurate management information, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes with senior stakeholders
• Proactive sourcing techniques including direct search and headhunting
• Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to influence and improve recruitment processes
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Comfort working in fast-changing recruitment environments
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and sourcing tools
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple roles or projects

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing through to offer
• Build pipelines of high-quality talent via direct search, networking, and market research
• Deliver shortlists with informed recommendations to hiring managers
• Develop partnerships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Conduct thorough and structured candidate assessments
• Identify process improvements through problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Manage stakeholder expectations with clear communication and proactive engagement
• Provide regular updates and transparent candidate experience to hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment systems and accurate management information
• Meet SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives
