Job summary

Jobgether is recruiting a Senior International Sales Recruiter to own high-priority searches across EMEA and other markets. The role blends hands-on full-cycle recruiting with strategic talent partnerships, market intelligence, and data-driven decision-making in a remote, globally distributed setup.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape regional talent strategies, improve recruiting velocity, and ensure a strong candidate experience across diverse functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience with international hiring exposure.
• Experience recruiting across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other business functions.
• Strong understanding of EMEA talent markets and regional strategies.
• Excellent fundamentals in market mapping, talent intelligence, and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for international business roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, and Marketing.
• Advise hiring managers on talent markets, sourcing strategies, and closing approaches.
• Develop regional talent maps and competitor networks for targeted searches.
• Create a high-quality candidate experience and maintain data-driven search health metrics.
• Coordinate calibration, feedback, and timely decision-making with senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of international recruiting practices and processes.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and business leaders to navigate hiring requirements.
