Job summary

KBRA Europe Limited, based in Dublin, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support the full-cycle recruitment process and gradually manage requisitions. The role suits a professional with 9+ years of corporate sourcing experience, strong communication, and proven ability to coordinate interviews and candidate engagement.

Hybrid model with in-office days Tue–Thu and remote Mon & Fri; experience with Greenhouse and AI tools is a plus for efficiency and insights across international

Qualifications

• 9+ years of recruiting and sourcing in a corporate environment.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
• Manage open requisitions with potential for greater responsibility.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools.
• Build pipelines and market knowledge across international jurisdictions.
• Coordinate interview processes between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline in Greenhouse.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers for efficient processes.
• Assist with recruitment reporting, follow-ups, and process improvements.
