You will help hire engineers, product professionals and technical specialists who build Mastercard's future, focusing on a defined group of technology job families and acting as the go-to talent expert across Dublin and our wider European locations. • Experience recruiting for technology roles from start to finish.
• Knowledge of Irish and European tech markets.
• In-house or agency recruitment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AI recruiting tools is a plus.
• Organised and capable of managing several openings simultaneously.
