eTeam is seeking a Talent Attraction Partner for Sales Recruiting covering the EMEA region. The role is hybrid in Dublin, with 3 days per week onsite, partnering closely with Talent Delivery Recruiters to build deeply assessed pipelines.

You will drive reporting, insights, and intelligence to enable precise, scalable TA operations, including analytics, events, and enablement efforts. Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition or sourcing, ideally sales/tech.
• Experience working in the EMEA market; language capability is a plus.
• Proven success sourcing, engaging, and assessing top talent across multiple pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Proactively source, engage, and nurture top sales talent across channels.
• Conduct structured assessments to evaluate fit with role requirements and values.
• Manage candidate pipelines within the CRM with timely follow-up and strong candidate experience.
• Partner with Talent Delivery Recruiters to submit candidates for interviews and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on ideal talent profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain market intelligence to inform hiring strategies.
