Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Finance and Account Management) for a partner company based in Ireland. You will shape the strategy and roadmap for finance and account management products in a global eCommerce shipping technology environment, leading initiatives across payments, billing, invoicing, verification, and fraud prevention.

You will work with Finance, CX, Sales, Legal, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions, own MVPs/PRDs, and apply AI tools to discovery and data

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in payments/fintech in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or eCommerce.
• Hands-on with Stripe or Adyen, multi-currency settlements, disputes, and chargebacks.
• Knowledge of account management, identity, fraud, and risk scoring.
• VAT/GST invoicing and revenue accounting understanding with Finance partner experience.
• Proven impact on costs, revenue, payment success, and KPI improvements.
• Experience leading multiple squads and roadmaps with strategic focus.
• Strong SQL data retrieval and interpretation skills.
• Excellent written communication and problem-solving; proficient with AI-enabled workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business/Finance preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across functions while balancing CX with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for Finance (payments, billing, invoicing, fees, reconciliation) and Account Management (lifecycle, verification, fraud, risk).
• Reduce payment costs by optimizing methods, multi-currency settlement, provider migrations, and resolving failures.
• Drive revenue and accuracy through pricing, processing fees, tax adjustments, and VAT/GST invoicing.
• Lead end-to-end account lifecycle including registration, verification, roles, permissions, and closures.
• Define fraud prevention and risk measures across onboarding and payments with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Finance, CX, Sales, Legal, and Eng to deliver scalable solutions and be the payments/accounts contact.
• Establish KPIs: transaction costs, payment success, disputes, revenue leakage, onboarding conversion, support volume.
• Prioritize, MVPs, measure results, iterate; write PRDs and Opportunity Assessments with clear trade-offs.
• Apply AI tools to discovery, analysis, PRD creation, and data accuracy; promote AI adoption.
• Mentor junior PMs and raise documentation/decision-making standards.
