Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner, seeks a Product Manager for Payments Infrastructure based in Ireland. You will shape core systems enabling multi-currency money movement and cross-border settlement across traditional banks and crypto rails.

You will own the technical roadmap, collaborate with Engineering, Treasury, and Compliance, and drive architectural decisions for APIs and distributed systems to support scalable payments infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in payment infrastructure/transaction platforms.
• Strong technical fluency for architecture discussions and APIs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, CS, PM, or related field.
• Professional English fluency, written and spoken.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across markets and time zones.
• Ability to balance speed, cost, scalability, and reliability in priorities.
• Experience with stablecoins or crypto settlement networks is a plus.
• Experience integrating banking partners and cross-border rails is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the technical roadmap for core payment infrastructure, including rails, ledger systems, settlement engines, currency conversion, and virtual accounts.
• Lead the development of virtual accounts and Virtual IBAN infrastructure for customer-facing experiences.
• Align infrastructure with customer requirements and translate product needs into technical priorities.
• Evaluate and oversee integrations with banking partners, liquidity providers, and stablecoin networks.
• Own transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation across multiple currencies and networks.
• Define routing and currency conversion strategies, selecting appropriate rails including USDC, USDT, PYUSD.
• Partner with Engineering on APIs, distributed systems, data consistency, idempotency, error handling, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Treasury on liquidity, funding models, and corridor coverage.
• Embed regulatory/licensing requirements with Compliance from the outset.
• Define and monitor performance metrics: success rates, settlement times, uptime, reconciliation accuracy.
• Document infrastructure capabilities and partner integrations for Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
