Qualifications

• 4+ years in product services or external customer/market experience.
• Software development, testing, or business analysis experience.
• Experience with Agile software products and delivery.
• Software/IT background.

Responsibilities

• Manage product launch strategies per the project playbook and primary measures.
• Serve as an active member of assigned Product Release Teams.
• Understand scope and requirements of cross-functional teams for launch.
• Identify project requirements with operations leadership.
• Recommend strategies, processes and solutions for operational impacts.
• Create operational process and workflow documentation.
• Create or facilitate materials for sales readiness.
