Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Payment Support Specialist based in Ireland for a fully remote role. You will assist customers and partners with payment processes, resolve transaction issues, and explain payment options.

The role involves collaboration with product, engineering, and testing teams to improve reliability and user experience. You’ll work in a distributed, international team, leveraging CRM systems and support tools while adapting to a 3/3 shift rotation including daytime and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, preferably fintech, payments, or digital products.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Russian.
• Understanding of payment processes and basic financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer assistance via email, live chat, and tickets.
• Handle payment inquiries, troubleshoot transactions, and clarify status.
• Explain payment flows and options to users and partners.
• Investigate issues with stakeholders to resolve root causes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA to improve services.
• Document feedback and contribute to FAQs and knowledge bases.
• Maintain CRM/ticket records and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify workflow improvements to boost efficiency.
• Cover two day shifts and one night shift on a 3/3 rotation.
