Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to fill a Payment Operations Specialist International based in Ireland. You will manage and optimize payment operations across subscription products, PSPs, and international markets, driving conversion and reducing costs in a remote-first SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with Payment, Partnerships, Data, Product, and Technology teams to define requirements, implement payment solutions, expand to new markets, and improve performance using dashboards and metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments, PSP or SaaS/e‑commerce roles.
• Hands-on PSP accounts management and daily ops.
• Experience implementing payment solutions with tech teams.
• Strong knowledge of PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Understanding of international PSPs and local methods.
• Ability to read logs, inspect API calls and troubleshoot.
• Strong analytics for dashboards, conversions and payments.
• Experience with subscription billing platforms a plus.
• Experience in a fast‑growth environment is a plus.
• Fluent French mandatory; English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payment activities, PSP accounts, configurations and routing.
• Investigate incidents using logs and data; drive resolution.
• Serve as internal expert on PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods.
• Build payment method roadmaps per market and optimize costs and conversion.
• Oversee PSP and acquirer management across regions and currencies.
• Manage partner relationships with international PSPs and acquirers.
• Define requirements and specs for new payment solutions; coordinate testing.
• Open new merchant accounts and expand into new markets with Data support.
• Identify and implement payment improvements to boost revenue and conversion.
• Challenge costs; negotiate fees and optimise payment cost structure.
