Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a tech-focused company seeking an Account Payment Manager based in Ireland. You will onboard PSPs, EMIs, and bank partners, compile KYB documents, and manage communications to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of payment accounts across Europe.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented process management, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar role or related operations.
• Intermediate English proficiency for international partners and docs.
• Experience in fintech/payments is advantageous but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to documentation and admin work.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong written communication and coordination with external stakeholders.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate across locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of PSPs, EMIs, and banking partners.
• Prepare, review, and submit applications and KYB documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with external partners and follow up on requests.
• Monitor onboarding statuses and deadlines, addressing delays.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and partner information.
• Support daily payment operations and ensure smooth account services.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of operational issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate requirements and activations.
• Contribute to more efficient workflows and reduced manual work.
