Job summary

Global Payments in Dublin is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of global commerce and drive product launches across teams. You will own launch strategies, participate in Release Teams, and align cross-functional requirements with operations and sales.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree, 4+ years in product or related fields, and experience with agile delivery and software products. This role offers growth in a global payments leader in Ireland.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science; combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Manage product launch strategies per playbook and KPIs.
Serve as an active member of assigned Product Release Teams.
Understand the scope and requirements of cross-functional teams for launch.
Work with operations leadership to identify project requirements.
Recommend strategies, processes and solutions for operational impacts.
Create operational process and workflow documentation.
Work with sales leadership to create or facilitate materials for sales readiness.
