Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Presales Solution Consultant to provide technical sales partnership and guidance to Enterprise customers in Ireland. You will work with Enterprise accounts to communicate the power and extensibility of the ServiceNow platform and help shape their solutions.

You will conduct product demonstrations, lead technical and business discussions, collaborate with Sales and Professional Services, and brief executives on roadmaps and POV/POC cycles.

Qualifications

• 8 years+ enterprise software pre‑sales or sales engineering experience.
• Experience selling to enterprises with 5,000+ employees.
• Experience selling complex multi‑product or cross‑platform solutions.
• Knowledge of ITSM/PPM/DevOps/HRSD/GRC/Security Operations/ITOM is highly desirable.
• Ability to integrate AI terminology and AI into business processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand enterprise business and technical problems addressed by ServiceNow.
• Lead technical and executive discussions to define objectives and business value.
• Demonstrate the product, craft tailored scenarios, and present ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services on proposals and deployments.
• Brief executives on roadmaps, POV/POC cycles, and product developments.
• Support regional events and engagements; travel within Ireland, UK, and US as needed.
