WinsAbove in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a Solutions Consultant to bridge customer needs with Asana Service Management, collaborating with Account Executives and product teams. The role emphasizes technical validation, demonstrations, and ongoing cross-team coordination to scale our service management offerings.

You will shape demonstrations, architecture discussions, and workflow optimization for IT and service teams, leveraging AI and automation to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong understanding of IT and service delivery workflows and tools.
• Experience designing and delivering product demonstrations for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, including AI, LLMs, integrations, and automation.
• Excellent collaboration with Account Executives, CSMs, Product, and Solutions Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation for IT/service opportunities from discovery to close.
• Map IT/service workflows to Asana Service Management; identify gaps and value.
• Translate pain points into practical solution designs and business narratives.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, whiteboard sessions, and tailored demos.
• Demonstrate how modern service delivery, automation, and AI improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with AEs, CSMs, and Solutions Engineers to unlock expansion opportunities.
