Job summary

Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Dublin to own the full customer journey from discovery to renewal, partnering with product, sales, and customer teams to design workflow solutions and commercial outcomes. You’ll own your accounts and translate workflows into realized value for customers.

This role is based in Dublin, with on-site Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays) to collaborate in person.

Qualifications

Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live in front of a customer.
Strong discovery and qualification instincts to map customer workflows into commercial outcomes.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder cycles including procurement, legal and security reviews.
You can own the room with agency and urgency to bring new ideas.
You’re obsessed with AI and eager to use the newest tools.
Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

Own the full customer lifecycle from new logo to renewal as the single account owner.
Design and build live workflow solutions with customers during discovery and co-build in Notion.
Partner with BDRs on target account planning and outbound activity for your book.
Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, legal and security reviews to close deals.
Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan and handoff to Outcomes Architects.
Partner with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, adoption plans, expansion strategies, and renewal execution.
