Job summary

ServiceNow in Ireland is seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Representative to expand new accounts and grow usage among existing customers of the NOW Platform. This role focuses on tele sales in a B2B environment, collaborating with Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales and more to exceed quota.

You will manage opportunities by phone and video, develop pipeline, and align solutions to business drivers.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or new business sales in a B2B environment.
• Experience selling enterprise-class solutions over telephone and video conference.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
• Sales force automation or ERP/IT infra management tools a plus.
• Presentation skills via web-based tools are advantageous.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Fluency in German is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives.
• Manage sales opportunities and relationships over the telephone with key contacts across Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts.
• Understand business drivers and map ServiceNow solutions to customer needs.
• Strategically prospect within verticals to develop new opportunities and pipeline.
• Follow the Value Selling process to win new business and support renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales, and partners.
• Provide timely forecasting and territory/account plans to management.
• Track KPI metrics such as pipeline, ACV bookings, and renewal rates.
• Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required.
