Qualifications

• Proven sales and account management experience within the Utility sector or similar.
• Demonstrable experience managing large customer relationships within Ireland's Utility market.
• Extensive track record developing accounts to increase lifetime value.
• Proven ability to drive business development strategies for growth.
• Experience leading/delivering complex solution-based opportunities.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify key business drivers for Hitachi Energy customers and interpret implications for Hitachi Energy.
• Participate in and lead the creation of sales strategies for the account based on customer plans.
• Lead the account plan development and execution, including executive relationship strategy and opportunity prioritization.
• Manage LEU relationships and demonstrate understanding of market channels to grow accounts.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of customer business strategy, purchasing behavior, and decision-makers.
• Develop a clear pipeline of opportunities and manage forecast.
• Achieve service sales volume by selling the full service portfolio.
• Participate in negotiations of major contracts to secure sales volume.
