PGIM Ireland is seeking a Senior Testing Analyst within the People Services & Solutions team to own end-to-end testing for HR technology, including SIT, UAT, and regression, working with HR Centers of Excellence, Process Solutions, and Technology teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in system testing, quality assurance, or business analysis within an HR or People Team function in a large, complex organization.
• Experience with HR systems (i.e. Workday or similar) from an HR administrator or technology perspective.
• Knowledge of People Team Operational processes across HR areas including payroll, talent acquisition, compensation, performance and learning, etc.
• Strong business analysis skills, including defining, documenting, and completing test scenarios and identifying data issues.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage across business, technical, and vendor teams.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and dependencies.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end People Team testing execution (SIT, UAT, regression) for new initiatives, enhancements, and releases.
• Support testing across HR areas including payroll, compensation, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning, and core HCM.
• Understand end-to-end business processes to ensure test cases meet requirements.
• Develop test design and scripts with scenario coverage, defect management, and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify testing risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Track testing defects through resolution, including retesting and validation.
