Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in HR Administration or HR Services
• Experience in a complex, multi-national environment preferred
• Experience with HR information systems, ideally Workday
• Strong Excel and payroll inputs skills
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
• Customer-service oriented with ability to interact at all levels
• Ability to build relationships across the organization
• Adaptable and able to multitask under tight timelines
• English proficiency; German or French is a plus
• Process and quality mindset with problem-solving focus

Responsibilities

• Drive, document, and publish the global knowledge management standard for People & Culture
• Create and publish employee-facing content to support programs
• Develop processes, templates, and content for internal teams
• Identify and drive knowledge management, information flow, and training improvements
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance operational effectiveness
• Ensure understanding of customer requirements to deliver great employee experience
• Partner with HR CoEs to lead process improvements across programs, data, systems
• Develop measures to define progress and success
