Job summary

OpenSky Data Systems in Naas, Co. Kildare, is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the People Culture function and day‑to‑day HR operations.

The role reports to the Head of People Transformation and offers an onsite, part-time/permanent position with responsibilities spanning HR administration and office coordination. You will work across Ireland and Poland, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR or office administration.
• EU passport holder and located in Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR system and employee records for Ireland and Poland.
• First point of contact for employee queries.
• Draft employee letters and HR correspondence.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate and manage performance review scheduling.
• Support training and visa documentation where needed.
• Handle office administration tasks and event logistics.
