Job summary

Logitech in Cork is seeking a Senior People Services Generalist to help define and drive projects across the People & Culture function while coordinating knowledge and information management tasks.

You will drive knowledge management standards, publish employee-facing content, optimise processes, and partner with HR CoEs to enhance the employee experience across the lifecycle in a hybrid, on-site model with some remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR Administration/HR Services environment, preferably global or multi-national.
• Experience with HR processes and practical HR practice.
• Strong Excel and payroll data handling skills.
• Excellent prioritization, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; German or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive projects across the People & Culture function.
• Coordinate knowledge management tasks and information flow.
• Create, maintain and publish employee-facing content for People & Culture programs.
• Identify and improve HR processes, templates and content for internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational effectiveness across the employee lifecycle.
• Support HR CoEs and business partners to enhance HR services and data reporting.
