Job summary

Logitech is seeking an HR Intern in Cork, Ireland for a 12-month internship. You’ll gain hands-on experience across HR functions—from supporting Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling to managing employee data in Workday, and delivering high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll work closely with an experienced HR team, learning best practices, employment legislation, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR Management or related field required.
• Interest in practical HR processes, employment legislation, and HR practices.
• Experience with Excel and data handling helpful.
• Strong customer-service orientation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling.
• Deliver HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with HR team to provide high-quality, accurate support.
• Maintain employee data in Workday.
• Ensure compliant delivery of HR services within SLAs.
• Update procedures and documentation per current legislation and best practice.
• Contribute to development of HR processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
