Job summary

Logitech in Cork, Ireland is seeking an HR Intern to gain hands-on experience across HR functions, from coordinating interview scheduling to managing employee data in Workday and delivering high-quality HR services across the lifecycle.

• University degree in HR management or related field.
• Strong interest in HR processes and employment legislation.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Strong customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling.
• Deliver service for all employee life cycle processes across the business.
• Partner with the HR team to provide high-quality, accurate & efficient support.
• Maintain employee data in the HR system (Workday).
• Ensure HR services are delivered within defined service level agreements.
• Update procedures, guidelines & documentation in line with current legislation & best practice.
• Contribute to maintaining/developing HR processes.
• Maintain confidentiality & discretion at all times.
