Salesforce is hiring an Account Executive, Small Business (French Speaking) in Dublin, Ireland. You will drive new business, manage six-figure deals, and leverage AI-driven tools to transform customer experiences. You’ll engage with customers in French, build pipelines, and close strategic SaaS opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• French language fluency required
• Proven track record hitting quota in closing SaaS sales
• Experience outbound prospecting and building pipeline
• Strong sales acumen with strategic, technical deal knowledge
• Experience selling products with technical complexity or thorough implementation (bonus)
• Thrives in fast-moving environment with inbound/outbound opportunities across industries
• Growth mindset, curiosity and ambition

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close in your territory
• Maintain knowledge of AI/CRM market and evolving category dynamics
• Articulate value and differentiation using established sales framework
• Manage varying six-figure new business opportunities across segments
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Engineers and Marketing to win flagship logos
• Provide customer voice to cross-functional partners (R&D, Product, Marketing)
• Forecast and plan territory through QBR and monthly reviews
