This role drives change management, scales a high-velocity team, and leverages AI-enabled selling to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to optimize campaigns, recruit and coach talent, and ensure exceptional bilingual communication in French and English while delivering strategic market

Qualifications

• Currently in a Sales Leader role with a proven track record of managing and scaling sales teams.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and adoption of new tech.
• Experience at the intersection of Sales and AI and its practical use in pipeline generation.
• Proven enterprise software sales success with quotas and complex deals.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic shift of the French market sales organization.
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI tools for research, prospecting and workflow automation.
• Recruit, onboard and coach diverse team members for future AE roles.
• Design and execute market-specific sales strategies for the territory.
• Define objectives and incentives to maximize productivity and results.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Ops to optimize campaigns and report on revenue impact.
