Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is hiring Account Executives and Senior Account Executives to lead the growth of our AI-driven customer experience offerings across all segments. You will sell AI agents to businesses rethinking their customer journeys, manage end-to-end sales from qualification to close, and operate in a fast-moving, highly capable team.

You will use AI daily to run your territory, engage in strategic conversations, and own opportunities with six-figure deals.

Qualifications

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in SaaS or DBaaS sales.
Experience with outbound prospecting.
Strong sales acumen with ability to engage across complex deals.
Experience selling technically complex products or with implementations.
AI fluency or strong interest in AI tooling.
Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with inbound and outbound opportunities.
Growth mindset and ambition.

Responsibilities

Evangelize AI transformation and drive growth of Fin in your territory.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI as the market evolves.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a consultative approach.
Handle six-figure new business deals across segments (Scale, Small Business, Mid Market, Enterprise).
Articulate Fin's value using Command of the Message framework/MEDDPICC; training provided.
Drive territory planning, QBRs, and weekly/monthly forecasting with leadership.
Partner with Sales Leaders, Sales Engineers and solutions teams to win flagship logos.
Represent the voice of the customer to R&D, Product, and Marketing.
