Job summary

Apleona is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the site facilities team in Dublin 1. The role involves daily people management, resource allocation, and ensuring all facility processes meet client requirements.

You will drive preventive maintenance, manage subcontractors, and maintain high safety and quality standards in a regulated environment, with a Monday–Friday, 40-hour pattern.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in facilities or maintenance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Good decision-making under pressure and in regulated environments.
• Customer service oriented with a proactive approach to issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site facilities team and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage day-to-day facilities operations and client procedures.
• Oversee PPM on all facility equipment per CMMS guidelines.
• Coordinate shift patterns, holidays and overtime to maintain service levels.
• Liaise with client and internal teams to close actions and maintain SLAs.
