Apleona UK in Dublin 1 is seeking a qualified Facilities Manager to lead a site facilities team on a Monday to Friday pattern, 40 hours per week. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, resource planning, and ensuring high standards of service to the client.

You will manage safety, quality, and performance KPIs, coordinate planned maintenance, and drive continuous improvement across the site. Strong communication with stakeholders and contractors is essential.

• Experience in maintenance or facilities roles within a regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the facilities team and allocate resources with clear ownership.
• Develop training plans to upskill technicians towards the next level.
• Implement and manage engineering goals, objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinate and issue planned work orders for facility activities and ensure permits.
• Ensure adherence to EHS procedures and client procedures, with timely action on non-conformances.
