Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Partner Manager, Enterprise to lead and expand strategic relationships with enterprise digital agencies and technology partners in Ireland. You will manage a portfolio of high-value partners, drive revenue, retention, and adoption, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and executive teams.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shape joint go-to-market initiatives, and develop scalable partner programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Relationship Management, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in technology/SaaS/media.
• Experience managing a portfolio of partners and achieving retention and revenue targets.
• Experience with Global System Integrators or System Integrators to scale partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through strategic partner channels and develop new opportunities.
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners from onboarding to renewal.
• Develop and execute partner strategies to improve retention and growth.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships and help partners grow their businesses.
• Engage executive stakeholders with strategic presentations and enablement sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partner priorities and initiatives.
• Develop joint marketing and sales enablement programs.
