Datadog, a leading observability platform, seeks a Senior Deal Desk Analyst in a hybrid Dublin role. You will support the global sales team with quoting, pricing, and deal structuring while negotiating with customers as needed and coordinating with legal, contracts, and finance functions.

You will leverage SF, CPQ, and Excel to ensure compliant, customer-focused solutions, driving revenue and upholding internal controls in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Deal Desk for SaaS companies.
• Experience with licensing and pricing models.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve customer issues.

Responsabilités

• Develop knowledge of Datadog’s licensing and pricing models to support deal quoting for global sales.
• Negotiate deals directly with customers as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, contracts, sales operations, order management, revenue, finance and product management.
• Serve as a point of contact for Sales on deal pricing matters.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, processes and business rules.
• Resolve customer satisfaction issues after deal execution.
